Gruuk AI provides artificial intelligence-powered chat and assistance services. The Service includes access to various AI models depending on your subscription tier (Free, Pro, or Premium).
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans
Gruuk AI offers various subscription tiers with different features and usage limits:
- Free: Limited access to Gruuk Fast model with 50 requests per day
- Pro ($19.99/month): Access to Gruuk Fast and Pro models with 500 requests per day
- Premium ($49.99/month): Full access to all models including Gruuk Ultra with 2000 requests per day
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract model weights
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gruuk AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
